Chef-Prep is the first cutting board system made to allow standard 1/6 size pans to be slipped underneath so that you can separate, portion, and sweep chopped meat and vegetables directly from board to pan with no spills, waste, or cross-contamination. Its included stand raises the board to an ergonomic level that reduces fatigue and improves posture, while gripping feet hold the stand safely in place on slick surfaces. The Tuff-Cut board is made with a high-tech resin composite that makes it superior in cut resistance and resistant to warping or scorching in high heat.
